Our Support Model
To ensure the proper guidance, communication and support to the broker community and their clients while configuring and implementing our benefit platform solutions, a dedicated Implementation Consultant is assigned to each group. Further, our experienced team of Technology Specialists, Account Managers and Customer Satisfaction Agents are available to you Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM EDT. Our Service Teams use Customer Relationship Management tools and our Management Team utilizes daily, weekly and monthly matrix to ensure that service goals are attained.
